These properties often offer discounts and other concessions which change from week to week. Recent discounts have ranged up to 16% from state rents. Please call me for more information. 210 473-0999 or click here (check to make sure Basic Option says San Antonio and enter the name of a property or check off an area of San Antonio like UTSA for more choices) for immediate availability, updates, specials, prices and any changes. Finding the right place for you is a combination of price and location. The perfect location for you has a lot to do with what is available, its price, style, and management along with the location of your work or school and family needs including educational resources. No two people have the exact needs and the markets are always changing, so please let me help you find the perfect place for you. I am paid by the apartment community, if you list me as your referring agent, and the fees are not charged back to you as they are part of the marketing budget of the complex.

Things to
Consider about San Antonio:
Each part of San Antonio is unique and its diversity is a great strength. While San Antonio is the nation’s tenth largest city, it is in fact a collection of small towns. San Antonio is nothing more than a number of distinctive small communities linked together by geography.
San Antonio is so very old that the growth in the city has been like rings around a tree trunk with the downtown area being the core of the city. San Antonio is a collection of individual neighborhoods and suburban areas radiating from downtown. This makes living downtown a great advantage as all roads lead to and from downtown.
San Antonio is laid out very much as a hub and spoke city. This is because of its central Texas location and the fact that historically roads radiated from the city in all directions.
There are wonderful advantages to living downtown, including the beautiful riverwalk, the VIA trolleys, the restaurants, and many cultural and social events going on all the time.
Downtown San Antonio begins with the
Alamo. The Alamo is a well known landmark and hopefully you know something of
its history, if not click on it.
The building at the
right is less well known so I will tell you its story. From its completion in
the summer of 1929 until the 1950’s it was the tallest building west of the
Mississippi. It is presently known as the Tower Life Building after the
insurance company that owns it. It was originally named the Smith Young Tower
after its developers. A 31 story, eight sided, neo-Gothic
"skyscraper," which I think is reminiscent of the Empire State
Building in style, if not size. The building has unique features, such as its
rain spouts; which are gargoyles intended by Mr. Smith and Young to ward off
evil spirits. They did not work their magic. The completion of the building
came just a few months before the stock market crash of 1929, which sealed the
economic fate of Mr. Smith and Mr. Young. To me the building is symbolic of
San Antonio in that it has never been abandoned or mistreated even though it
fell upon hard times. It also represents the economic daring San Antonians are
known to exhibit on occasion. You can find information about the City of San Antonio proper by clicking on that
link.
Real Estate Services:
Here is some legal stuff. This is a link to a legal disclosure about information concerning real estates services.
Okay, I have been involved with real estate since 1984. I consider myself the very best locator in San Antonio and I CAN HELP YOU. If you are willing to give me the time to show you personally at least three apartments (about an hour per apartment), we should find at least one you would like. I can also send you an email list of properties with directions to help you look on your own, and you are welcome to use my help this way. I have two databases where you can find information about just about all of San Antonio’s rental properties.
Because of the internet I know that many of you are moving from out of town and are very anxious about finding a place to live. I can assure you we can get it done in one day. We need to make an appointment for the day you are in town. If you have to know ahead of time, you will need to fly in and I will assist you in evaluating all your leasing options in one day.
Okay, please call me anytime at 210 473-0999 to reserve a day or afternoon or morning for this process or to discuss your situation.
