Specials:
Every day we receive information on special deals being offered by apartments. Even if every apartment in the San Antonio/Austin corridor was 95% leased the dollar amount of rent not earned by vacant apartments each month would still be in the millions of dollars. The result is is a multi million dollar game of “HOT POTATO” where you as a prospective tenant hold the cards. The apartment community responds by offering “special” discount rates on individual units are complex wide in order to achieve their leasing goals.
“TOTAL MOVE IN SPECIAL” A total move in special is in theory the total amount of the check necessary to secure an apartment including a full months rent, application fees, and deposit. One months rent free is a 1/12 discount or 8.33%.
“LOOK and LEASE SPECIAL” An additional incentive offered if you decide within 24 hours to lease the apartment offered.
