First, are you here three months or more? If you want to spend less for more, then go to Short Term Leases and rent furniture separately, as this will be your best buy by far.
If not, then we have beautiful furnished suites in apartments for as short a period as one day or much longer. There are also less luxurious properties that also rent weekly or monthly. The guest suites or corporate suite properties are comparable to the very best suites in our luxury hotels. Since most downtown San Antonio hotel suites run over $300 a night, these are a bargain.
Costs of premium furnished corporate apartments begin at $1,500 per month and generally are $1,800 or more per month. These apartments come with fully equipped with kitchens, including a full sized refrigerator, dishwasher, and disposal.
Many of these properties only have one or two apartments set aside as a guest suite. Availability is limited.
Finding the right place for you is a combination of price and location. The perfect location for you has a lot to do with what is available, its price, style, and management along with the location of your work or school and family needs including educational resources. San Antonio is laid out very much as a hub and spoke city. This is because of its central Texas location and the fact that historically roads radiated from the city in all directions.
